2013-14 SEASON Events will be posted in August!
All concerts will begin at 7:30 pm at Saxe-Gotha Presbyterian Church, 5503 Sunset Boulevard, Lexington, SC 29072.
All rehearsals are held in the Fellowship Hall of Saxe-Gotha Presbyterian Church, 5503 Sunset Boulevard, Lexington, SC 29072, unless otherwise noted.
Regular rehearsals begin precisely at 7:30 pm and end promptly at 9:30 pm. Dress rehearsals usually begin at 7:00 pm and end as close to 9:30 pm as possible depending on the specific needs for the pending concert.
UPDATE - Membership dues of $30.00 will be collected twice per year, i.e. once in August and once in January when music folders are picked up. Dues for new members that join for the final spring concert and current/former members who do not sing in the winter concert but do sing for the spring concert will be $20.00 that will be collected in March. Data sheets need to be updated as necessary to facilitate communication among members.

FALL CONCERT SEASON Rehearsal Schedule and CONCERTS
August 28, 2012 - REHEARSALS BEGIN 7:30 – 9:30 PM
Rehearsals begin for the season at Saxe-Gotha Presbyterian Church. Please make sure you arrive early (7:00-7:20) to pick up music folders and pay membership dues in the Narthex of the Sanctuary, and then proceed to the Fellowship Hall for practice.
Prospective members are to pick up a music folder, join us for rehearsal, then remain after rehearsal to audition for membership with Hal and Grayson.
By voluntarily joining LCCS, all members grant LCCS permission to record their voices and to distribute and publish said images or audio recordings of individual singers and/or of the group taken during rehearsals/performances for the purposes of education, advertising, and promotion of the organization.Such distribution and publishing of these images may be in all conventional and electronic media formats, such as radio, television, print, the LCCS website, the Internet, as well as any future media. See the LCCS Constitution below.
Please also note that members who are under 18 years of age MUST HAVE PARENT(S) and/or LEGAL GUARDIAN(S) sign Audio/Visual Release Forms and submit them to the membership chairman, Russell Ricard, once per concert season. These forms may be obtained from the membership chairman.

6:30 Call Time in the Choir Room on the 2nd floor - Please park in the rear of the building allowing easier access to the Sanctuary for our audience members.
At the conclusion of all concerts please assist your section with assigned cleaning duties.
At the conclusion of the final concert please remember to remove all items from folder pockets, place folders in appropriate collection boxes, and then assist your section in their assigned cleaning duties until everyone is done and the sanctuary is reset for worship.
